Finally got it!

Spent the morning tinkering with my new gift from my woman, the Xbox 360. She got me the Pro version. So I was wondering what else should I get? I have Ultimate Alliance/Forza 2, as well as three controllers for my buddies. Oh yeah, she got the extended warranty too. I'm so lucky

So what games/accessories would you recommend for someone who's just starting? I'm gonna pick up an XBL subscription sometime this week.

plug-n-play rechargeable battery pack. Otherwise you'll spend a fortune on new double-As every week.

Re: Finally got it!

Or just get a pack of rechargeable batteries if you have a charger already.

If you get live get Call Of Duty 4. By far best online game you need. Amazing storyline even if you dont want online.

Yeah dude, CoD4 is the way to go. I've never had so much fun playing an FPS before. That is, offline and online.

Not to mention the graphics are stunning.

They're both great games but to be honest if I were in your shoes I'd run to the store and get Oblivion over either of those, then pick those up later when you see them marked down or on sale somewhere.
