Congrats! I bout a 360 at launch, sold it last year due to not wanting to play anymore, then re bought one in October mostly to play madden, CH2k8, COD4, and GH3. Now I hardly play those at at all and am thinking of selling the 360 to get a PS3 so that I can play sports games and COD4 online with my brothers who live in a different state than me. I get sick to my stomach listening to the racist, childish people on Live.

I also bought a Wii last year, while there was hardly any games out for it, sold it in November, then bought another one in January. I now play that almost exclusively. I have Mario Galaxy, SSBB, Sports, and will be getting Kart. My wife was the one who wanted the Wii back, and I was more than happy to get it back as long as she played some games with me. I have so much more fun w/ the Wii than the 360.

I don't know. I only got to play for about 20 mins. as it belonged to a little cousin of mine and it was an absolute blast! It's almost like a strange take on Super Mario Brothers.

Just an absolute fun game.

This system is going to be the death of my bank account. Maybe it was a good thing I had a 360 before and only played 3-4 games a year, right now I want to buy about 15 games for this thing!

I did it Wednesday evening and found a Wii (ordered online) Thurs morning. Obviously part of that is timing and luck but I'd say it's a smart move to sign up at that site.

I used to be as hardcore of a sports gamer as they come, up until about 2 years ago. Now a kid and my job prevent me from gaming much. If you are like me, and now only get the opportunity to play when guests or family are over, in addition to a few sport solo sessions, than the Wii is ideal. There are more than enough sports games to keep you busy - Power Pros leading the pack with Tiger Woods 08 and Madden also being solid fun. A lot of great non-sports games are on the system, as well, but you already knew that. The old school games downloads and free WiiWare channels (Show Mii What You Got, Everyone Votes, Internet) are the cherrry on the top to this value-packed system.

Hey, I wish I could commish an APF 2K8 league like I used to run Sega NFL, Madden, and NFL 2K leagues in the past . . . but that's just not possible anymore. The Wii is a great compromise, and an outstanding console that delivers awesome "minute-for-minute" fun.

I'm a sports gamer and only have a Wii. With Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 looking like it will be fantastic on the Wii, NCAA Football 09, Wii Sports, We Ski, We Love Golf, and Super Smash Bros Brawl (sports-ish), there is alot that I am liking on the Wii.
