360 to ps3 to 360 again?

It is a difficult decision for sure. Both systems have a lot to offer, just depends on what fits your needs the most. Getting into either machine is so darn expensive, regardless of your disposable income size. If this were a few years ago, I would be hardpressed to own either system. I couldn't imagine being a college kid right and wanting either system, it wouldn't happen. In fact, I wasn't able to afford a PS2 for the first two years that it was out, struggling to get my career started and having kids.

I was on the fence forever about buying a PS3, I finally did, and am happy so far...but I kept my 360, like I have said before.

Really, if you are like me at all, whatever system you settle on, there will always be pull of some kind for the other system.

Man oh man... how can you be sure the thing didn't have issues already? I hope you did some homework on it.

Hope your system stays reliable man... I know my 360 works well now even though I hardly play it anymore...

the 30/60 fps is dead but the PS3 has alot of hiccups on it with 60fps games. When I had the PS3 last summer FIFA08 ran a lil choppier than on my 360 now. College Hoops was hands down the biggest culprit of this. Certain arena's with certain camera's were a no-no. I never had a problem online like some other people said which was weird to me.

Roster sharing is dead. 2K8 and now EA give you the ability to upload/download them from online. CH 2K8 took all of 3 secs to dl along with sliders, playbooks, legacy files, etc...

I had the 360 last summer than got caught up in the PS3 hype. I went back because at the time all the sports games were better on the 360, more of my friends had it, weak online updates, and no in game messaging. Now the sports games are on par and their online is getting better but the majority of my friends still have the 360. I think the PS3 has the capability to do more in the future but right now I'm loving the 360.

thats great, but roster sharing isn't in every sports game. That's one big reason why I have the PS3 and love it, also being able to upgrade my HD anytime I want is a huge plus, also even thought it's not the greatest, the online is still free, and the WiFi is built in, those are huge for the PS3. Oh yeah, not to mention you have a Blu-Ray player.

Curiosity question, would a Halo 3 Xbox 360 with a free HDMI cable for 310.00 be a fair price? I was asking 325.00 but I have someone who countered with 300.00, for which I countered 310.00. I just was curious if this is fair or?

I think thats a pretty fair price. You've got to keep in mind that the 360 right now is at a pretty low value point as far as resale is concerned. Craigs list in my area is like 3 to1 360s to PS3 for sale. The prices on the 360s are really low, bundles with multiple controllers and games going in the $280-320 range. Even though I just sold mine to a couple of friends for $250, it's not a good time to sell a 360.
