No one I know I said, not random people on a forum. And saying you would buy it, and actually buying it are 2 different things.

Sorry, I've never cared for Metal Gear, I've only owned one of them, and rented the others and were bored of them quickly.

Whether or not you care for a game doesn't mean it does/does not have the capability to move systems.

I said no one I know will run out to get it, and you laugh at me, like I offended your precious PS3. I just gave you my reason on why I don't think it's a big game, especially not for me.

Same with the talk on the Gears of War 2 thread, it was mentioned I think even in here that Gears isn't a big game because someone didn't like that type of game.

The PS3 love on these boards is starting to get a little old, and I have a PS3. LOL

The game will be no Halo or Gears but it will move systems. They already have several game/bundles over the world for this reason.

I laugh because it's humorous (to me) for you to think because it's not important to you that it doesn't happen.

We went through this in the HD-DVD thread. Where are your HD-DVD's now?

Hell that's like me saying Halo wouldn't move systems because I don't like and neither does anyone else I know.

I'll be buying a PS3 in July for 2 reasons and 2 reasons only.

1. A cheap Blu Ray player.
2. NCAA 09 so I can play against an old college buddy in Online Dynasty who doesn't have a 360.

Other than that...I will probably enjoy BOTH systems and may still play 360 more so.

My bro has a PS3 and quite frankly...the "online community" sucks. Microsoft's XBox Live Community, online magazine, friends setup absolutely demolishes Sony's.

I don't see what's wrong with liking and having both systems but some folks on here love to preach and think their opinion is somehow God like.

This war is never going to end folks. It's MICROSOFT and SONY . These are the two biggest kids on the block and neither has the ability to knock the other one out. Both companies have more money than King Midas and extremely talented leaders.

I can't wait to see what comes next when the 360 2 and PS4 come out.

The fact that MGS4 will come in a bundle with an "authentic" PS3$ will help move systems. As far as other system selling games well, Final Fantasy has yet to be released as well as, wait for it... Kingdom Hearts. Those 2 games right there will be a huge push in console sells for Sony.

As far as the article goes, everyone here knows that I am big supporter of Sony, at least I think they do. With that said, I can't argue with MS comments/questions. I have been waiting for Home to release for almost a year and there is still no guaranteed date.

I'm a 360 guy, and I love it dearly, but Metal Gear Solid 4 is the most anticipated game of my life, and I will sure as hell get a ps3 just for it.
