The 360 pulls a lot of watts, you would have to have a powerful power inverter.

They have some powerful enough inverters out there fishepa

How its going to affect his battery and car is another case, but some are built to power tv's and such

Re: Taking your 360 on the road.

After checking some stuff out I decided to not use it. I don't think it's near powerful enough to do what I need to be done, the one I bought. I should have just went to gamestop and bought it. I bought it from Radio Shack and thought I was good but it seems the 360 is looking for something around 350w and the one I got doesn't get close to that. Seems gamestop has something for it but I thought I was good. Also, like you guys are saying, I'd probably have to keep the van running as I'm not aware if it has a second battery or not. Also I don't want to draw such power as to short out the electricals and wind up having an "extended" stay here. So I just have it hooked up in the hotel and do a little gaming on some down time when I get time to myself. Thus my dream is dead What next? Well maybe I can get an extension cord to run from the house to the van and during the cookout do my gaming there. lol

The 360 has a + 60% failure rate sitting still on a table. I would not trust it on a road.
