Downloading PS3 Demos ?

Hi I have a few questions as I am fairly new to the ps3 and downloading demos so hear I go.
#1 My downloads take very long (4hours) is this do to my PS3 only being 40gb or thats normal ?

#2 If I do multiple demo downloads will this also slow them down.

#3 Will having multiple demos (5) saved to my system also slow down adding new ones.

#4 if I play games while downloading will this slow down the process ?

#5 This may be a dumber one but when I turn off my ps3 before demo download is complete does downloading stop or does it continue to keep downloading ? also will it then become corrupt or restart where it left off ?

1. No slow downloads have nothing to do with it being a 40GB. The PSN can be damn slow to download from.

2. No multiple downloads won't slow them down because the PS3 only downloads one at a time.

3. No the number of items downloaded to your HD will not slow down the downloads.

4. Usually the downloads stop when you start to play a game.

5. When you power off the PS3 the download will stop. It does not corrupt it, and it will start from where it you left off when you turn the PS3 back on.

SaintPatrick, one thing to recommend. If you are downloading a lot use a wired connection. It will go much faster that way.

Thanks Guys ! NHL 08 demo only took an 1hr to load as I remember the show 08 took 5 hours.
