In regards to the 360. What can happen when you take off the hard drive while the 360 is still on? Thanks.

I would generally wait until the console is off, just to make sure there's nothing bad that's going to happen...

Well, I recently sold my 360 and the dude I soled it to said he took off the hd while the system was on. He also said that he can't see any picture, but he could hear sound. Just curious to know what's the problem, because I never had any types of problems the two years that I owned the 360.

So can I safely say that I'm not the one to blame? He said that when he put the hd back, that the system was still working. It could be that he needs a new tv?

Why would anyone do that? Especially when the game is saving or loading. Whenever you take the HDD out or put it in the 360 automatically resets. If anything happened to the 360, it is his fault.
