What would happen if you downloaded it, than deleted it? Would you be able to go back and re-download the game for free or not because of the promotion?

I don't see Assassins Creed 2 or ME 2 going exclusive to the 360. Perhaps ME2 going first.

Also I don't think they will give away six games. Even if they do all this it seems it would satisfy current Xbox users more than it would sell more 360s.

yeah, MS is getting a bunch of fun fake rumors lately, which are always cooler than what's real. Like being hyped up for a birthday present as a kid, only to get socks or underwear. The rumored list of features from the Spring Update went all over the internet with loud cheers, only for there to be no Spring Update at all.

This event with the hype and goodies it would provide sounds awesome, and is what a company that's with the times would do. To bad...

I hear ya. I'm thinking that since I'll now be able to copy entire games to my HDD, I may have to eventually make the plunge and buy the bigger drive.
