I assume that for copyright protection reasons, they still make you put the disc in to play a game, right? It would be sweet if I didn't have to bother switching out discs anymore. I can't try this yet because I don't have room on my HD.

All pro football 2k8 loads faster plays alot smoother. really was sluggish before framerate and controls. hardly any now.

Correct...the disc has to be in there, but it just doesn't access it other than at first sometime to check (I'd think).

Great thread here. I will be keeping an eye on this one.
Glad to see NBA2K9 works a bit better, wonder if all of the camera angle herky jerky mess is over with... gonna install and try this one out too -

Anyone tried GTA IV yet, I see it loads faster from the list of games, but was wondering about draw distance and pop up's perhaps being better with the DL.
