Go to the My Xbox portion of the NXE and click Y on the game portion to bring up the Game Details. It will then give you the option to save it to the hard drive.

NHL 09 and MLB 2k8 appear to run smoother off the HD than disk..

The game with the biggest improvement installed for me is Forza2.
That games' ridiculous load times for everything are much shorter now.

Halo3 doesn't run/load worse for me,and the maps don't take any longer to load in multiplayer than they used to. I know Bungie has explained the technical reasons why they should, but in actual use they don't. I A/B tested it running off disc and HDD,no perceptible difference.
Since I still have long sessions online with that game,it's staying on my HDD.

Mass Effect didn't benefit as much as I hoped although the annoying loading pop up and stoppage in play is gone.

I read somewhere that the Mass Effect load times (elevators, etc.) are hard coded, so there wouldn't be any benefit. Too bad because that's a game that could use the help.
