Xbox 360 Repair Help
hey guys. I am from Canada. I recently sent my xbox 360 to get repaired. I sent it on November 11th. I received the shipping label and everything. I sent it away. It was received. Now the thing is, I could not track the status of my console. It has been two and a half weeks, and I am just getting an email now saying that I can send my xbox 360 now. Meanwhile, I have already sent it to the repair centre, and through UPS it says they have received it. Now I have no idea where, my xbox is, if it has been repaired or not. Could anyone help me?
