I would assume, it's probably not even worth the hassle, unless I get a billion dollars.

I wouldn't, especially if your CC is attached to your GT.

Another thing is, if MS finds out the GT got sold or whatever, they'll ban the account.

I wouldn't really trust some random guy at all. The only way I'd maybe consider it was if it were someone on a forum at least.

I know that selling an account and the information within can be troublesome, but how about just changing the name? It costs Microsoft points to change your name to something else, but you keep your password/CC info and all that, right? So if the OP changes his name, would that free up the old name for the random dude to use? If that's the case, I'd offer him an amount + whatever Microsofts charge is to change the name and you can just change it to whatever with money in the bank.
