I was working on a teambuilder team for a few hours then was about to download it and saw a message saying you were disconnected from the EA servers. This always happens so I was like okay. Then I tried to connect for like 10 minutes, then was on the phone with the automated xbox girl for about 30 minutes. Then I was getting transfered to a real person and after holding for about 3 minutes another automated voice came on and said "We can't take your call right now, blah blah blah, call again later". I was like
