The extra-large, extra-priced DSi LL, unveiled in Japan early this morning, will be coming to North America and Europe in the first quarter of 2010, Nintendo tells Kotaku.

Aren't these things all about portability? Why would I want a bigger one??

Lol, I know, it's like a little laptop! Seems like it would be harder to use for games with the dpad, etc too.

I just... don't get it. Wouldn't even fit in a pocket.

That's what she said...

Anyway, I think it's fine but only if the screen resolution was increased (and games upscaled accordingly). The last thing we want is blockier games on those big screens.
