It's called being a nice person.

Yeah, you don't need an official MS adapter, in fact, I have a super old one I bought when the 360 first came out that is coupled with my wireless router. Costed me nothing and never gives me lag: http://www.amazon.com/Netgear-WGE111...=operasport-20. Also, I'm not the most technological guy but it hooked up and worked with no problems.

So yes, you do have options which is great.

First, It is her little brothers B-day so that is what I am getting him

Second, My buddy does not shop online ever and it not the best with it. So I am trying to help him out.
