Isn't it time to lock this thread up, since it's pretty clear that there are issues with the 360's the guy is re-selling?

Just my $.02.

Had mine for a couple of weeks now and so far no problems. I forgot how loud a 360 is compared to a PS3. I sometimes hear the DVD drive clicking while it is reading Disks but so far no RROD, E74 or whatever is the new error code of the month on the next gen consoles.
