How do you deactivate a broken ps3 if i can't get on it to do it. I looked on sony site and they have a option to deactivate all system but not one

You're going to have to call Sony and see if they will do it for you. Otherwise you'll have to fix the PS3 and then deactivate it. What's wrong with it? YLOD?

If you dont' want to call Sony CS then why don't you just deactivate all of them then reactivate the working one?
