PSN Network not accepting my credit card

So I've never had this problem before, my credit card has not expired, and is functional since it still works with Amazon, Paypal and everything else.

Anyways, since yesterday I have been unable to add funds to my PSN wallet, I have tried doing through both my PS3 and the PSN website, and I keep getting the 'unable to add funds message'. I've checked on various other sites and have tried everything: retyping my billing address, ensuring my billing address matches my card and my account address, typing my address in all caps, typing my address all on the first line, using 2 other credit cards, and no luck.

So it seems like I am forced to use a PSN Points card if I wanna buy anything on the PSN, that's BS! I should be able to buy stuff when I want to and not be forced to order or drive to the nearest Walmart to purchase a PSN card.

Just wondering if anyone else has gone through this.

They email you the code, you punch it in on the Store, problem solved. Kind of.

I've had this problem before. Sometimes it can be pretty finicky. Id call Sony and they should be able to help you out.

I work in customer service with debit cards and we have a lot of problems with their Address Verification System, especially through the console. Usually going online or proccessing it through the phone fixes it. They are likely only checking your zip code so the caps thing probably won't help. Call sony to see if they can get it to go through although in situations like these, unfortunately, it is not uncommon for Sony to tell you to call your financial institution and your financial institution to tell you to call sony.

The only time I ever had the problem was after our zip code was changed. The bank never changed it in the system so our address linked to card did not match the zip I entered in account.
Once the bank finally changed our zip in their system I was fine.
