Franchise mode with concessions, ticket prices, etc

Hello there, I'm looking for a franchise mode, gm mode game which allows me to set things like concessions, ticket prices, shirt sponsorships, etc.

I remember I used to play Premier Manager, Ultimate Soccer Manager and a load of other old management games that had things like this, but the $30-$60 PS3 games don't seem to have this in favor for a more arcade management game.

I might just download some old dos management games or the old Amiga games I used to play instead.

MLB The Show allows you to control all of that; concessions, ticket prices, promo nights, advertising, facilities, etc.

MVP Baseball 2005 has an Owner mode where you set prices, buy upgrades for your stadium, have promotional days, etc.

With the PC version, you can get the 2012 mod over at MVPmods.com and play with updated teams, rosters, stadiums, etc. as well.
