50 or 55 inch tv for gaming

LOL I thought that when we got a 47", but now I wouldn't mind a 60+" tv. Not a priority right now, but the next one we get will be bigger for sure. Our room will allow it, and as long as it's a quality TV you will never get a downgrade.

I'd only have an issue with it if you sit really close to your tv...we're 6-10 feet away, so more size won't mean seeing pixels for us yet.

My parents in law had a 48 inch projection tv. I played on it a few times watching the house. Thats were I got the idea for a bigger tv. Always felt like a 55 would be my personal choice.
And now with the m serie coming out for a decent price and also making the wife happy its hard not to go for the 55

I can't play games on a big T.V anymore. Anything bigger than 32 inches and I just can't play. I play on a 27" Samsung LED LCD TV. Haven't looked back since.

I like the smaller screens as well. I have 67 dlp in the living room, 60 led in the family room, 42 lcd in the bedroom, 40 lcd in the office. While I mostly play on the 60 inch, I actually prefer the 42 or 40. Smaller means sitting closer to the screen...and for some reason I feel I have "better control" the closer I am.

Pulled the trigger. 55inch for 950 $ not to bad if I say myself.
Cant wait to play some games on it

When I'm playing football and have a big moment where I need a good play I stand up and walk up to the tv lol...it's hilarious, I don't even think about it, I just get closer.

sports games on big tv thats fine..but if u play multiplayer on cod or battlefield your crazy..ghosting is a big issue.to much to look at for me 2..
