Warning if you plan to buy an xbox one from gamestop/ebgames

So I just bought the Titanfall bundle from gamestop and took the system home and tried to pop in some games I had bought. None of the games will read on the system. Did some research and it seems a lot of bundle systems have the same issue. But then did more research and found out even non bundle systems have this issue and some do not show up for quite some time. The warning is this. With all products bought from ebgames/gamestop you have 14 or so days to return anything broken for a replacement even without an extra purchased warranty. Not with this issue with the xbox one. They will tell you they do not cover discs not being read on the system. And on top of that microsoft phone support does not have a link to replace a bundle system yet so basically sitting on a pile of $500 junk until they do. So if you bought the bundle and it is not working be warned not to use the disc reading excuse or they will not help you.

Call 18004myxbox. There may not be anything online but microsoft should help you out over the phone.

Will do thanks, Just sucks cause PS4 no problems, Xbox one less then 48 hours and issues

No way I buy a system and get home it doesn't work and GameStop or whoever for that matter doesn't give me a replacement on the spot.

Yeah, no doubt!

Weird he's having this issue though, we haven't heard anything on here (or anywhere for me) about people with issues since launch or so.

Every once in a while I need to do a hard reboot but that's about it.
