Hell yeah if I paid for it. What the heck ? It's not unreasonable to ask for maybe a few extra days of service for times the service was down especially on Christmas . Anything is better than nothing.

I think it's more so owed what is paid for.... but there are some people who think much more in return should be given. A smart company should compensate for customers being inconvenienced... something cable companies have no concept of.

Well for me I never even missed it. Play offline and been with family and or outside the past few days.
At the least they should add on the lost days to everyones account.

My PSN has been up the last two days, but I don't get the concept that we are owed a whole lot either. In the few days it was down I was still able to play my PS4, so it isn't like everything was broken. My digital games were still working and everything.
