EA's Customer Support is Horrible

I tried to sign into the Madden 15 online franchise servers only for them to tell me that my account has been locked. I then looked through my email (with a recommendation from my league chat) and seen I received this email: http://pastebin.com/5nKhdEm1

Im like ok they locked my account for suspicious charges so thats cool. I then followed exactly what they say do in that email. Well first off since the idiots only do Customer Service online their phone line tells you to go to help.ea.com then hangs so thats not a option.

So in order to contact them you must create another EA account just to make a case ticket. I follow everything and I get this:

Yeah a 340 minute wait for a callback.

Well I thought whatever and waited around but never received anything back from them after 11 hours so I filed another call back. This time it was 144 minutes or so. Again I never received a reply back from them. (Email or Callback)

Well at this point I am furious. I decide to try to change up my problem and make another case to try to get their Live Chat option. (Apparently the Live Chat is only available for certain things). Well I get into one and this is what happened: http://pastebin.com/U8xiJMiC

They basically told me nothing was wrong and to wait. My guess is I wasnt in the right support chat to help me since EA only has certain problems available for a live chat.

Well while all this started I created a thread on the Help site: http://answers.ea.com/t5/Madden-NFL-.../4239512#M9656

I have only 1 reply back out of 3 days of waiting.

Worse thing is the offseason is going on right now in our league so I missing everything.

Well at least your Origin account didn't get hacked again.

I've never had issues like you're prone to getting into.. lol

Good luck though..hope it gets sorted out soon!

When my Origin account got hacked it took them about a month to fully resolve my issue. They definitely work at their own pace.

Starting to look like I need to make a new account. Sucks because all my coach xp will be gone. Also who knows if my draft board will be available

If I may make a suggestion, contact their Twitter page. I feel like you're far more likely to get a quicker response via Twitter and a quicker result.
