My biggest anticipation of E3. MS needs to bring something to me and get my attention.

My TOP 5 NEWS;

1 - What new IPs besides what's already been mentioned are they releasing?
2 - Is there an exclusive sports game to reveal? (Football/Baseball) Easily tops on my list.
3 - Is the console getting a redesign? Price slash again?
4 - Quantum Break - More gameplay, information hype, TV series gameplay explanation.
5 - Win10 integration.

They probably won't, but I'd like some hard numbers for Forza 6 like number of cars and tracks included.

Be cool to see Gears even though its not my favorite.
New exclusives maybe? I heard Microsoft is trying to get as many as possible.
Windows 10 stuff and how it exactly works.

-Below gameplay trailer
-Cuphead gameplay trailer
-Xbox 360 price drop to $100
-Indie/XBLA game demo trailer
-Fable Legends gameplay trailer
-Scalebound short gameplay trailer
-Crackdown 3 short gameplay trailer
-Halo 5: Guardians long gameplay demo
-Forza 6 gameplay demo and release date
-HoloLens announcement demo and information
-Rise of the Tomb Raider long gameplay demo and release date
-Return of Rare's Perfect Dark IP with a thirty second teaser trailer
-Quantum Break gameplay trailer which includes the TV show implemented
-Xbox One and Windows 10 cross buy and cross play information and details
-Xbox One price drop to $300 effective in July which includes the rumored controller
-Gears of War re-mastered collection (ala Halo: MCC) trailer and early 2016 release date
-Gears of War 4 thirty second teaser trailer (ala Uncharted 4) and late 2016 release date

Microsoft will mainly concentrate on their Holiday 2015 releases along with HoloLens and the Xbox One/Windows 10 implementation with teaser trailers for 2016 games.

Hopefully they announce some sort of price cut or new bundle for the one. I'm holding off the purchase until their press conference.
