That's just in Dark Zones. It's the pvp part of the game, areas that's basically a big free for all. It won't matter if you get a good group.

For the last time, it's only select areas in the game like this. The pvp areas that require you to climb into so there's no going around getting killed without knowing it's a possibility.

Not like you can just kill anywhere in the division.
