Purchased Anniversary Edition; No Bonus Packs Rewarded

so i purchased the anniversary edition, entered the code and everything and never got my bonus packs. i did get the 12000 stubs which is a bit confusing since that seems to be the more popular issue. i also purchased the game last year, and never got the loyatly pack. i wish i could post on the MLB forums, but whenever I try, I get "sorry, you are not authorized to view this page". Not sure how to get these issues remedied but I did try and send the community manager a PM on these forums. any idea on what to do?

I got mine yesterday and while I can redeem the stubs and am given the option to redeem the packs, the game tells me there is no such item. Very, very frustrating.
