How many complete collections does it take to see a improvement in rewards ?

I have 5 teams and the stadiums completed. I get 3 cards after a game, usually a decent one after a win, but nothing really significant either. Packs havne't gotten much better, but I do get more stubs every game it seems

Ok so 6 collection completed for 3 cads instead of just one witch means technicaly you're odds of a better card are Greater.
