Got a serious dilemma need some opinions do i go with Tulo and altuve or do i instead go with Miggie and Cano ?

Tulo and Jose because contact and speed are very important online, more than power. Why are you asking about Miggie? Do you mean Miguel Cabera? If show he plays first base so your just fine there

Yeah miggy is his nickname I'm using him at 3rd base dough .Cano i think is a better overall hitter than altuve but altuve has more speed.

You are just going to have to decide what you need for your team.

Altuve is quite possibly the best lead off hitter in the game and will constantly be on base for you making your opposing pitcher sweat.

Cano is a clutch hitter and does work in the field.

I platoon Altuve (vs LHP) and Carew (vs RHP) and am totally satisfied.

Cano for sure. Fielding is incredible and crushes right handed pitching. 99 contact is no joke.
