Those attributes are based mainly on 2014 stats. I'd expect a significant drop for Fing in Show 16.

Stealing in general is just overpowered this year. The increase in speed for the top guys was too much without also overhauling how baserunners can be gotten out. The slide step just isn't enough. Singling with your first baseman in the 3rd inning, then pinch running Hamilton, steal, steal, bunt, run shouldn't be a viable strategy in baseball. I've had games where Hamilton or Gordon play first base or 3B for the rest of the game after this.

What makes the stealing extremely overpowered for those that know how to exploit it is the ability to stop on a dime and return to first or 2nd. If the jump is a bad one (i.e. the only time a runner can be caught) they simply hit R1 and return, meanwhile you'v already preloaded to 2nd base and can't pick them off at first unless you guess first base already.

I use him to take over defensively for Joc pederson late in games. And I will bunt with him, if there are runners on and less than 2 outs.
