They switched him back to 3B, that's why ov went down. I imagine he will get rating increases in next week's big update.

I heard that too. Might be why there were very few upgrades/downgrades this week.

A rerate of everyone? Sounds good to me. It's crazy the amount of people that need to change tiers.
