Rated 97. Could be 99 if they bumped his speed up. Just bought him to start or platoon with Votto, gonna try him out. He only cost 25k. I barley see him used in games. What's his deal? Anybody have success with him?

I ran with him for a few weeks and ended up hitting around .200 with little numbers in the power spectrum. I went back to Rizzo who I hit .260 with and a good amount of homeruns. It's also a big advantage having a lefty at 1st because it is the only way to have any success picking off runners taking that extra step.

I hit about .335 with him with over 200 ABs. I like his batting motion, it's easier to time for me. Good power as well, I think I have around 30hrs

I struggle with his batting motion but I can sometimes hit a bomb with him from a Lefty.

I think it's because first basemen, especially left handed, are plentiful.

I used him for a while. He hit around .290 for me with little home runs mostly doubles. He slumped around the time I got bagwell and bagwell has been destroying it for me against both righties and leftys. I sometimes switch him out for a lefty late in close games to protect against the run.

Goldy was ok for me. Then I picked up Trout, and put Goldy as my #5 hitter. He is now hitting .360 with 6 bombs in 100ish ab's. Not the power hitter you'd expect, but is very clutch. I think he is worth the stubs.

He deserves a speed upgrade. I struggle with him but he deserves to be a 99.
