14 hits without scoring a run.

I had 14 hits in a game today and didn't score a single run. Doesn't even seem possible. Not to mention I lost to a bunt single by Ichiro with a man on 3rd and 2 outs. This game makes me livid sometimes.

lol i've noticed this lately too, tho last night i did pretty well. But lately it seems i can't even get hits. EVERYTHING i hit is good timing and i either swing right thru it (down the freakin middle) or i lace it to gaps or the wall and it goes for an out. Hitting just seems to have died for me, and i am still making great contact, perhaps because i just got nolan ryan, troy tulo, and miggy the game put some sort of handicap on my hitting because my team has gotten alot better? seems pretty lame but i am not lying when i say i am crushing EVERYTHING and am lucky to get 5 hits a game let alone some runs, seems everyone on my team is going for bombs even dee gordon/rod carew, and i never use power swing.

Seriously... I've almost given up on this game. It feels like a whole lot more luck to me than say Madden, or NBA 2k

idk, the royals had 9 hits a couple days ago and only scored one.. it is possible, it's just not executing in all those spots that would have made the difference, it happens. baseball is flukey like that, you could watch it for 50 years and still something will happen that you've never seen

I checked out of curiosity... 13 hits without a run scored is the record. And with the team I have its pretty insane to think I can have 14 hits and not have a home run.
