If they're not part of the Alumni Association, I'm assuming Sony would still have to deal with their estate.

It has in the past been possible for a video game maker to get Ty Cobb into its baseball game. For example, MVP 05 Baseball by EA Sports had 60 legends: Al Kaline, Billy Williams, Enos Slaughter, Ferguson Jenkins, Hal Newhouser, Lou Boudreau, Phil Niekro, Ralph Kiner, Richie Ashburn, Rick Ferrell, Robin Roberts, Bob Lemon, Bobby Doerr, Dennis Eckersley, Hoyt Wilhelm, Jim Bunning, Larry Doby, Lou Brock, Luis Aparicio, Monte Irvin, Orlando Cepeda, Phil Rizzuto, Bob Feller, Brooks Robinson, Carlton Fisk, Catfish Hunter, Early Wynn, Eddie Matthews, George Kell, Harmon Killebrew, Joe Morgan, Juan Marichal, Pee Wee Reese, Red Schoendienst, Rod Carew, Rollie Fingers, Jim Palmer, Jimmie Foxx, Mike Schmidt, Robin Yount, Roy Campanella, Mickey Mantle, Tom Seaver, Warren Spahn, Willie Stargell, Bob Gibson, Buck Leonard, Cy Young, Honus Wagner, Lou Gehrig, Nolan Ryan, Reggie Jackson, Satchel Paige, Ty Cobb, Walter Johnson, Willie McCovey, Yogi Berra, Babe Ruth, Jackie Robinson and Johnny Bench.

Hopefully we'll see some of the all time greats added in MLB The Show 16.
