What do the C's mean on the Topps Cards?

Can anyone tell me what these mean?

There are circles with C's filled in on some, and none on other. They are right above the player names.

Eligible for a captains mission. They're placed exactly how the captains are in the menu.

It means that card is related to one of the six captains' missions
