Best Bang For Your Buck cards?

What cards have you noticed are very under-priced for how good their attributes are? I have noticed a few:
    Omar Infante
    Fernando Rodney
    Rajai Davis
    David Peralta
    Seth Smith
    Jose Quintana

I second Scooter Gennett against righties. I use him in my franchise too.

Steve Pearce and Eddie Gambia when the Market levels out. Same with Brock Holt.

Adam lind and Mark teixiera. Both are very solid especially for the beginning of the game and are less than 1k

I think I have Pearce as my 1B

He is greatly boosted by his beginning Inside Edge 5 Star rating. I am guess that the boost will disappear after opening day.

Does Mercer have 2B as a secondary position? I haven't had a chance to put set my lineups yet, but got him and Scooter in packs. That should be one heck of a left/right platoon with both being over 90 contact from their strong side. I used Mercer in the beginning last year until I got higher rated cards.

I also want to add relievers like Doolittle, Holland and Robertson are dirt cheap. This is good for modes like conquest where there's only three innings.

Rookie Altuve and Evan Gattis have been solid for me. Also Brandon Belt off the bench to pinch hit...I've been getting multiple HR's or extra base shots with him vs Righties

Best Bang For Your Buck cards?

Best bang for the buck is always to platoon the slugger positions. You can get two 1b that have gold level power and contact against one pitcher for far less than the cost of one gold 1B. You give up some bench spots, but save a lot of stubs. The downside is you are susceptible to early pitching changes. Because pitchers can still throw well when stamina is gone I've seen people use relievers from inning 1 on just to get a platoon advantage. Smart players will bait you into substituting your platoon bench players early and then changing their pitcher again to get the advantage.

What I don't know is if you can see your opponents bench in normal DD games. In battle Royale I didn't see it as an option, but may have missed it. Knowing your opponents bench is really important since platoon advantage is huge in The Show.

Darin Ruf of the Phillies is a beast against left-handed pitching. Attributes in the mid to high 80's for contact and power.
