Non-Mission Reward Flashbacks

How do you obtain these? I am talking about the rookie molina, rollins, bruce, etc. They are not mission based rewards, I have yet to see a flashback in an end game reward or a pack opening that wasn't opening day pack. So what exactly are the methods to obtain these? I understand some of them have their own missions once you do find them in discoveries to unlock their prime flashback card, it looks like some of them are sellable which leads me to believe people can get them in packs but I have not seen evidence of this yet at all. Again, anyone know how to obtain these specific (non-mission reward) flashbacks? Was the only way to get them in the opening day packs?

Some are available at the 12 win mark in BR. Think that is tier is the rookie card tier, but someone who plays more BR can confirm.

12 wins is gold tier but ive seen high silvers be trhere as well

My 12 tier reward would have been Gordon Beckham RC but I lost. It seems like there are a good amount of flashback and legend cards that can be won through Battle Royale. When Diamond Dynasty works it is the most fun and addicting online mode that I have played in a sports game.
