I have completed Conquest mode twice.

Hey, so I've completed Conquest mode twice. I really enjoy this game mode and find it's a great way to acquire innings to unlock the good legends. (I've already gotten Carew from the Twins and Victorino from the Phillies). I've enjoyed the Risk-like feel of the game.

Question though:
After completing the board once, I was able to claim my Manifest Destiny reward. After completing this a second time, the Manifest Destiny reward was not selectable. Is this a design choice?

I think it would be fair to reward a player with each completion of the board. The text on the description for Conquest does claim that you can "Dominate north America to acquire rare rewards." It does not say that you can only do this once.

They feel people would just farm the mode for the reward if it was given out each time.

Is this something they've posted somewhere? Video games don't come with instructions anymore, so no one ever really knows what's happening.

Just like you can't get the reward for taking over a stronghold twice you also can't get the reward for taking them all over twice.

Since a big chunk of the mode (The attack phases) can be simmed it would be too easy for people to farm this mode to earn $10 worth of packs every week or even every few days.

Now that I think about it I don't remember any repeatable missions on the mission lists so no reason to expect this one to be repeatable.

Possibly because you have to pay stubs to enter , BR is a lot harder as well imo .

BR really isn't that hard if you know how to draft and play the game. The buy in for BR 8s basically negated since you are guaranteed a pack.

Im pretty sure I could beat conquest mode in a couple days and I would rate my skill level as well below average. Once you figure it out, its really easy.

Glad people can't farm Conquest.

I love the mode, and I play it for fun after beating it twice.

10 packs + XP for the first completion is largely sufficient. Anything past that is just lame & a bit greedy.

I would agree with you but it would be nice for them to have rewards for completing it in under so many turns which would require you to play the game at higher difficulty. (This could be a hidden mission but I am not sure)

Though I have finished conquest mode I still like to play because of card rewards. three 3 inn games vs one 9 inn nets you 3 cards instead of one. I have noticed that the rewards are similar after beating legend mode I have received mostly silver cards.

good idea, something for next year. That's the cool thing, you can only expect this mode to get better for years to come.

To beat BR you need to go 20-1 against increasingly skilled human opponents to get the top reward, on conquest you can play most of your games against the cpu on Rookie or Veteran... it's really not even a question as to which mode is more difficult

I don't see the harm in repeatedly giving people 10 packs that will guarantee you nothing but 1 silver card considering it takes 30 games at minimum to reach that reward. That's a lot of grinding for what's likely going to be very little payoff.

It probably took me closer to 40 games to finish Conquest and I got nothing of value in return but a silver relief pitcher that I could've gotten for 100 stubs on the marketplace.

You definitely can pull some pretty good cards out of the 10 pack bundle, just because you got a dud doesn't mean everyone else did as well. Once you have a good team it would be super easy to farm ir
