Does equipment really work on the created DD player?

Hey my created player has 72 contact and 80 vision, plus equipment that gives +15 contact and +13 vision.

However the PCI is much smaller then a comparable player with 87 CON and 93 VIS, therefore I am questioning if the equipment is working (bug?)

Thoughts?

I came to the same conclusion. I really don't think it does in DD.
