Andrelton Simmons is the greatest fielding shortstop ever. I don't know if he gets enough recognition for that but seriously guys the MLB gave him a platinum glove because he's THAT good. Look up some of his highlights

Well he's not as bad as you'd think. One year he had 17 homers. And he has super low strike out rates. He's not terrible for someone that originally was a pitcher.

It's funny the only reason he plays short is because while he was in the minors he just ask the manager one day if he could play shortstop because he thought he'd do well there
