Possibly my favourite "what are you doing moment" for they year. Goldy just not bothering to go to first is good, but compounding it by the guy scoring from second is just a thing of beauty.

My favorite is when your 2B gets frozen in time with a well placed soft line drive anywhere near him.

They are literally stuck in concrete, wont even jump with R1 sometimes.

A couple of example from today where my fielders decided that they were taking the inning off, no need to bother fielding the routine out just next to you.

First one the computer repeatedly switches between my pitcher and first baseman so neither will go the ball, so his pitcher gets an infield hit

And on this one my 3rd baseman holds a protest against having to move over to short because of the shift, so turns away from the ball and casually strolls off as the ball rolls past him. Clearly an old school man of principles that doesn't like the way the game is changing.

That actually happened to me IRL playing 1B. Runner at 2B and a line drive up the middle, so you run to your cutoff position (CF cut home) just to watch the SS make a great play. I wish stuff like this happened more often in The Show. Madden is even worse but sports video games as a whole need to stop playing like a game of chess. Pieces don't always move exactly where they're supposed to. Now, Goldy not throwing home is just flat out buggy tho

How about trying to throw down to 3rd on a Steal? I feel like half the time they do that lob throw because the third baseman isn't in his tagging stance standing at the base.
