Ranked Seasons thread

I love the idea of this mode to get us chances to rank up winning rewards as we go and then it resetting to offer us a new season. Has anyone actually been able to match up with an opponent and play this mode yet? I have tried and it keeps saying failed to establish connection with the matched opponent.

I have been able to play against someone in that battle mode where you draft a new team so I don't think that it is my problem. Anyone else seeing the same?

I've only got 4 games in so far. I'm 3-1 but my record only shows 1-0 bc the other games have gone to review or whatever it says after the game bc the servers are so shoty right now. I'm hoping I get credit for the 3 other games when it get worked out.

This is what DD has been missing. Before this The random Head to head games would only get you the random card at the end and you would just rack up wins.

So if you win 7 games in a row you just have a 7 win dryer record. Now, you rank up and get rewards based on how many games you win. It's gonna be great to see how far you can get each season.

I only played 1 game and lost so I wanna get back on it as soon as the servers cokperate

You don't want to play online right now. I played one game last time and it was horrific, tons of lag on my end. Seemed the other player had no issues, because he beat me 11-0.


I couldn't throw a strike, aside from a fastball right down the middle (which would get clobbered) and the lag was so bad I couldn't even get to basic balls hit.


It was frustrating to say the least.

Has anyone reached a tier where u get one of the cards listed? Im at the francisco liriano tier but his card doesnt show up on my roster. When are u actually supposed to recieve the rewards?

Just played my first seasons game and was winning 8-1 when I got a blue screen error and ended up getting a loss..

I'm loving Ranked Seasons.

Last few years, you could win 20+ DD H2H games and only be rewarded random post game cards with no guarantee of a good card.

Now with Ranked, each game means something with your ranking, and the more games you win, the better cards you get.

I'm assuming the different tiers rewards packs are better quality the higher it goes. And the player 2 cards are cool. I wish there were more cards than 2 though.

Now we just need the mid game freezes to get fixed.

Played a 2nd game on head to head and this time was winning 4-0 in the 8th inning trying to get a complete game shutout when my opponent quit and the game ended up not counting.. This game has really been frustrating man, I should be 19-0 online right now but instead im 16-2 because of some bs freezes and other bugs.

I've started four H2H games, and I've only been able to complete one, because of freezing.

Twice it froze after I hit a grounder along the LF line, and the other time it was the end of the innings. The camera panned to show my players walk into the dugout. The animations didn't freeze, but I couldn't pause or anything. Had to reload the game.

Just been playing Conquest to be able to use my team. Hopefully the servers get sorted soon so I can be confident to try seasons again.

I played a good amount over the weekend. Currently sitting at 14-2 and all my games I played went to review after they finished except for one. I got credit for all eventually so the servers aren't perfect but getting better.

I am sitting at 7-1 and the only loss was due to 4 HR by my opponent and some amazing diving plays.

Does anyone know what the icons mean next to players names in the rankings? Some are A, AA, AAA, one looks kinda like the outline of a batter. Not sure what they mean.
