Player not running to first after hit?

This happens to me once or twice per game it seems, I have also had three occasions where I have hit home runs and the game has froze for a minute, then rebooted with me at the plate and a strike... as if the home run was foul even though it clearly wasn't and the announcers were celebrating. Pretty frustrating. one recently was in the bottom of the ninth in a game I was losing by one.
