I feel silly for having to ask this question but I can't figure it out. How do I get a Griffey rookie card to do the Griffey program? The card is not available for sale in the marketplace.
If you did not pre-order the game you cannot yet access the card. They will eventually make him available either through a mission or in the Ticket Store.
