You can contact SDS, but otherwise, you're screwed unless you start an entire new PSN account and just start over.

I did the same thing and sent an e-mail explaining what happened and that it was silly there was no warning to let users know they were about to exchange a card like that. They replied within 72 hours and had returned it to my inventory. The address I sent my request to was [email protected]
