Does anyone know if the 210 assists have to come from a SS playing the actual SS position? For example, could I have 3 shortstops in my infield to rack up assists because it says fielding assists with shortstops as primary position, so it seems like the game is looking at the players position not on the field. Anyone try this yet?

Yep. I'm grinding this one right now. I have Tim Anderson at 2B, Tulo at SS, and Correa at 3rd.

Yeah it works. I've even seen people put them in the outfield too. lol

You can put rookie Hnaley at 1st and just run away from the base when he gets it, then toss it to the pitcher for an assist as well. Helps a bit as the ball goes down the lines on this game all the time

I had IV Escobar at short, Hardware Hanley at 1st, Jean Segura at 2nd, and April Flashback Owings at 3rd.

But then everyone would just hit fly balls

It's a grind but I have to say it's worth it, he absolutely rakes, even with the nerf. I need to find a position for him as he's genuinely the best hitter that I've used I think, everything flies of his bat and he's just as lethal against both sides.

I'll try him at 1st as he just can't play on the left side of the infield with those fielding ratings. So annoying that they took away his extra secondary positions
