2018 Uniform and logo thread

After seeing some of the work done on here, I had to get around to creating some jerseys for diamond dynasty. Here's the first look at the Spartans!

Here is my Diamond Dynasty set up.. I’m addicted to the jersey customization and I’m not very good at it. Lol.

My son has Down Syndrome and every year we sell “Brady’s Buds” T Shirts for the yearly buddy walk. Usually sell about 150 of them to local friends and family.

So I always create Brady’s Buds for HUT/Diamond Dynasty Type Modes. I used his school colors Blue and Gold. But he really likes Black and Gold for the Penguins. We had a Black and Gold Road uniform, but just didn’t stand out like these road ones now.

I also wish I could be more creative with the jersey Logo, but it works.

I was a freshman/jv coach for them a couple of years & because of my work schedule now I am the score board operator & keeper. Our area is one of the most talented in state/country when it comes to high school baseball. There’s usually three schools from our league in the state top 20. We’ve had 3 teams over the last 7 years finish ranked #1 in the nation by MaxPreps and/or Baseball America. I’m still in the process of working on the jersey logo.

Oh, it was a pain in the ***, let me tell you.

The way I did it was make one letter at a time with the script font (not sure which number it is) and layered it 3 times to get the outlined look. Once I was happy with that, I moved all 3 letter layers at once to try and line up the script as best I could. The most difficult part for me was connected the "s" to the underline art so it looked OK once it was put on the Jersey.

My advice is just play with editor, there's so much **** you can do once you get a hang of the basics. The "couriers" script alone probably took me 2 weeks to get it look right, but that's only because of my limited gaming time.
