Are they any methods to get the best post game rewards? Or is it all random?

It’s all random but it depends on what level you play on that determines the percentage of gettng a gold or diamond

I don't think that was the case last year either from memory which seems odd that it is this year.

I would guess the logic is that the two highest difficulties have solid odds at gold, while All-Star has average odds at gold/silver/bronze
