Didn't see another thread like this, so I figured a player review thread might be helpful. A place where we can give/ask for opinions on players we might like to grind or use our stubs on.

Anyways, anyone used the flashback Darvish or Lester and feel like they're worth the extra stubs to buy them? Not that expensive but you can definitely use those 15-25k in stubs elsewhere (Like packs)

I didn’t like Lester but I pitch very well Darvish. It’s all subjective though because I think everyone plays different.

Cool idea for a thread. I’ve been loving Dozier at 2B. Not the flashiest guy but he makes all the plays like he’s Robby Alomar and gets really good lift when he drives the ball

On the other side not a fan of Didi. His defense feels wrong. Has trouble making any play in the hole.

I tried putting Didi at second and his defense sucks there. I like andrelton's defense but I can't get meaningful hits with him, just weak *** singles

I didn't think I liked Lester but his live version seemed pretty good. But a one game sample size is not enough for me lol

I noticed that Darvish doesn't have a change up and that kind of bothers me

I'll just rent the dude and find out I guess. So tempted to just get a 20 pack instead lol

I don’t like that he doesn’t have a change up either but his slider and curveball are really good

Finally got to use the flashback Lester...

His pitches have good movement, but he seems too easy to get contact on. I just played this all diamond team against someone who had some of the worst plate discipline, and if I got into a favorable count, he would just keep fouling off my garbage pitches. And a lot of his hits were just singles that would just sneak by my infielders.

I think I like him but he may be no good against a diamond team that has a user who doesn't suck
