Lost XP?!?

Last night I cruised past Level 5 and was up close to 10. Now I log in and I'm at level 4 bronze. In the XP rewards screen it shows that I've already redeemed the reward for passing level 5 so I know I didn't imagine this.

Anybody else had this issue? Kinda reluctant to do more collections etc. that offer XP until I know it's not going to disappear on me again. Plus I'd obviously like it restored. I am a keen player but my time is poor so I need credit for what I earn.

It's happened again. I've logged back in and it's reverted back to Level 4 once more. How can I put time into this game and burn through collections/missions that I can't access again if I can not be comfortable that I am getting the XP credit for it (considering XP matters this year!)

Guessing from the lack of response that nobody else is experiencing the issue. Hopefully I can get it sorted asap.

Cheers mate - yea, I've reported as a bug twice and then also emailed theshownation email address. Says it takes up to 5 business days for a response.

I have actually seen a number of others on theshownation forum or twitter mention that they've had this issue too so hopefully it gets fixed. Haven't seen any of the developers acknowledge the issue yet though, like they did with the other issues on opening night.
