    Eric Davis DD card

Eric Davis was my favorite player growing up. I was pumped to see they added him to this year's game. How can I acquire his card other than buy him in the community market, where the price is through the roof??

Is there a storyline or challenge that allows you to get him.

Davis is one of the BR rewards for 12-0 I believe....not sure if he still is or not - I don't play DD online (someone else will need to chime-in). I grabbed my Davis off the market not long after he initially dropped. The problem is that the supply is so low, it's going to keep his price up.

You’re right, he’s a 12-0 BR reward. The only other way to get him is to buy him off the market.

Yeah once he's out of the BR rotation (if he isn't already) then the only way you'll be able to get him is the market unless they add a different way in the future which is unlikely.

His price will likely only increase for that reason so he'll probably always be 100k+.

If there are even cards available....there are usually only a handful on the market at any one time.

Indeed. OP I would suggest biting the bullet sooner rather than later if you truly want the card. It's always possible they'll release a Signature Series version eventually so it really comes down to how much you want it. It would definitely feel terrible buying the current one only for a superior version to follow which would be cheaper since it could be pulled from packs.

Thanks guys. That's what I was afraid of. I was hoping he might be available in a pack of some kind. Oh well!

If he's still in rotation I think he's due for rotation too. They're announcing the next batch of 12-0 cards later this month so he'll be even rarer.

Honestly that card is SO good, it’s basically his apex. I’d be shocked, albeit happily so, if they did a signature series card.

If they had done say his Baltimore veteran card and not the 1987 one, then I could see an SS one....but I think it’s less likely now.
